Bridge Point is a Class A, 124,560-square-foot industrial facility designed for last-mile delivery tenants.
Bridge Point is being built on the former location of a processing plant. The building features 36-foot ceilings, 23 truck docking doors, five trailer positions, 62 spots for parking and one drive-in ramp.
