March Construction is proud to be the construction manager for 2003 Morris Ave in Union, NJ. This historic site was formerly a bank which will be converted into a 71,393 SF mixed-use residential and office space. The redevelopment will turn the bank vault into a bar, preserving some of its vintage features. The exterior façade of the bank will also retain some of its old, historic look.
Amenities will include a gym, self-storage, work sharing space, resident lounge, event space, conference room, ground-floor retail, commercial kitchen, and separate office/resident terraces. Private offices will be on the 2nd floor and 43 residential units will span floors 2-5.
