March Construction is the construction manager/general contractor for Terminal Logistics Center, the first multi-level warehouse on the East Coast. It is 428,000 SF with 5-stories and a cellar. Owned by Triangle Equities, this modern warehouse consists of a 5-stories with below-grade parking. It is a mixed-use warehouse with access on three sides. On levels 1 & 2, the building will house a Warehouse/ Distribution center with an accessory Office. Level 3 will be used for storage with the accessory office.
