This development will transform a former industrial site into a residential apartment complex with 118 luxury units, 120,000 square feet of self-storage space, and a retail section anchored by Planet Fitness.
Hedges at Hawthorne is expected to open in phases. The self-storage center is expected to open in September, followed by Planet Fitness in November along with two vacant retail spaces with new tenants TBD. Hedges at Hawthorne apartments will see a grand opening by December, 2022!
