This development will transform a former industrial site into a residential apartment complex with 118 luxury units, 120,000 square feet of self-storage space, and a retail section anchored by Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness opened in December 2022. CubeSmart self-storage will be open soon. Hedges at Hawthorne apartments will see a grand opening some time in Early 2023. This project is both developed and built by March Construction.
