The Ballantine is a new apartment complex coming to 74-82 Freeman Street and 428-444 Ferry Street. The development will be six stories with 280, 1-3 bedroom residential units, 125 basement parking spaces, 2,652 SF of retail space, a fitness center, and rooftop courtyard. Congrats to Bridge Investment Group and Shorewood Realty, the developers/investors for this project. March Construction is the construction manager for Ballantine, designed by Minno & Wasko Architects.
