Brick Church Station is a two-building development that is expected to replace the longstanding Brick Church Plaza complex in East Orange. The complex is slated to include a total of 820 residential units and first-floor commercial space. One of the buildings on the premises will be nine stories tall while the other will rise five stories over the neighborhood. A seven-story parking garage is also planned.
March Construction is the construction manager and general contractor for this ground-up mixed-use residential building, designed by Minno & Wasko. The building will be nine stories with a seven-story parking garage and 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and commercial space including a new Super ShopRite.
