The area adjacent to the historic Brick Church Station is undergoing a monumental redevelopment: The Crossings at Brick Church Station, a new mixed-use residential complex that is set to revamp the neighborhood, making life easier for local residents.

Spearheaded by Triangle Equities and Incline Capital, with a robust $500 million backing, this project will completely revitalize the local neighborhood to serve residents with retail, a Super Shoprite, and 400 residential units.

A Nod to History

The Crossings is nestled beside one of New Jersey’s oldest train stations, Brick Church Station, built in 1836 and revamped in 1922, The Crossings stands as a testament to thoughtful urban planning. With the station poised for another revitalization within the next decade, The Crossings is perfectly positioned to benefit from and contribute to the area’s rich historical and cultural tapestry.

Community and Connectivity

This strategic location offers unmatched access to the city, promoting a lifestyle of convenience and mobility. The project not only aims to provide affordable housing options but also to enhance the community’s lifestyle by offering  shopping, dining, and outdoor activities, all while supporting the local economy and fostering a sense of community.

Revolutionizing Urban Spaces

At the heart of this development is a nine-floor residential building complete with parking garage. There are 400 total units within 375,000 square feet of vibrant space. This complex is a new urban experience with 200,000 square feet dedicated to retail, restaurant, and commercial spaces, including an anchor Super ShopRite. The old ShopRite will remain open onsite while a new one is built nearby. The Crossings also has a seven-story parking garage and a state-of-the-art gym with high ceilings and lots of light.
