March Construction proudly built the core and shell of this 65,000-square-foot mixed-use development, bringing new life to the waterfront at Bay Street and Borough Place. This milestone marks a major step forward for the project, developed by Triangle Equities, with a vision to create a vibrant residential, retail, and office destination just steps from the Staten Island Ferry.
Phase One of Lighthouse Point introduces a retail and entertainment hub, featuring fresh food restaurants, shopping, and workspaces. Above this, the 115-unit residential tower, with 20% of units dedicated to affordable housing, offers stunning waterfront views and modern amenities. A 300-space parking garage provides convenient access for residents, visitors, and commuters.
While March Construction was responsible for delivering the core and shell, the interiors have now been completed—and they look fantastic! With leasing underway, new businesses and residents will soon bring this space to life.
