Staten Island’s new apartment complex is seeing excellent progress since March Construction assumed responsibility for the construction of Phase One.
This phase introduces a sprawling 65,000 sq. ft. retail hub featuring restaurants and entertainment spaces at the crossroads of Bay Street and Borough Place. The project is being developed by Triangle Equities and NYC DEC.
Lighthouse Point will also feature a residential tower soaring above this retail space, housing 115 apartments, with a commendable 20% set aside for affordable housing.
Additionally, plans include a dedicated parking structure with a capacity for 300 vehicles.
Potential new faces in Lighthouse Point are SPACES co-working, The Learning Experience, and the FRESH grocer. It is conveniently located near the Staten Island Ferry.
