March Construction was proud to celebrate the grand opening of David’s Cookies’ brand-new 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Cedar Grove on June 9—standing alongside developer and CEO Ari Marguiles, Lt. Governor Tahesha Way, and local officials as this exciting project officially opened its doors.

This marks a big moment of growth for the iconic cookie brand. With operations now fully based in New Jersey—including three facilities totaling 360,000 square feet—David’s Cookies is bringing more than 1,000 jobs to the state and continuing to play a major role in NJ’s thriving food industry.
The event was an incredible celebration—complete with warm welcomes, kind words, and of course, plenty of delicious cookies, desserts, and an impressive spread of food that made the morning feel even more special.
From their first shop in Manhattan in 1979 to over 200 locations worldwide, David’s Cookies has come a long way—and we’re honored to have helped bring this next chapter to life.
