We were proud to celebrate the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Rail at 100 Hamilton Street in Bound Brook, NJ: a six-story, 143-unit mixed-use residential building developed by Denholtz Properties and Redwood Real Estate Group.
During the ceremony, Steven Denholtz, CEO of Denholtz Properties, shared his appreciation for March Construction’s role as Construction Manager:
“We were very, very fortunate to choose March Construction to build the building for us. It’s hard to explain how many problems they solved, how many ways they found to do things more efficiently—never once compromising on quality and always delivering what they said. So thank you again from the team at March.”
Located directly across from the train station, The Rail is already being recognized as a key anchor in Bound Brook’s revitalization efforts, offering modern living spaces and immediate access to transit, retail, and cultural destinations.
Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, the project features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units with upscale finishes, private terraces and balconies in select units, and a full suite of amenities including a furnished courtyard, club suite, yoga studio, and co-working lounge.
The development also includes 650 square feet of retail space and a 149-space parking garage.
The property is located within a federally designated Opportunity Zone, offering long-term investment benefits for stakeholders and bringing new energy to the neighborhood.
Congratulations to Denholtz Properties, Redwood Real Estate Group, Minno & Wasko, and all the project partners on this major milestone.
March Construction is honored to have helped bring this vision to life!
