A new 13,000 square-foot retail center is on its way to Toms River, developed by March Associates Construction. The center may host anything from medical/dental offices to coffee shops, salons, and jewelry/retail stores. It can also accommodate a drive-thru area. 1882 Hooper Ave is expected to open in Spring 2022.
