Staten Island’s new apartment complex is advancing swiftly, and we are excited to share the latest updates since March assumed responsibility for the construction of Phase One.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve completed the first staged room interior, providing a sneak peek into the stylish and comfortable living spaces that await future residents.
This phase of the project features a sprawling 65,000 sq. ft. retail hub at the crossroads of Bay Street and Borough Place, developed by Triangle Equities and NYC DEC. This retail space will host an array of restaurants and entertainment options, creating a vibrant community hub.
Above the retail space, the residential tower is taking shape, offering 115 apartments with 20% reserved for affordable housing, ensuring a diverse and inclusive community.
Additionally, the project includes a dedicated parking structure with a capacity for 300 vehicles, providing ample parking for residents and visitors.
Exciting potential tenants at Lighthouse Point include well-known names like SPACES co-working, The Learning Experience, and the FRESH grocer, which will add to the dynamic and convenient lifestyle offered here.
