This visit left a lasting impression on everyone in the room!
March Associates Construction recently had the privilege of partnering with the All Stars Project, welcoming a group of approximately 14 ambitious young people into our office for an inside look at the construction and development industry. The All Stars Project is a nonprofit organization that helps young people, especially teens from underserved communities, build confidence, leadership, and professional skills through mentorship, workshops, and paid internships.
One of its flagship programs, the Development School for Youth (DSY), connects students ages 16–21 with business professionals and companies for career training and summer internship opportunities.Students gain valuable skills like networking, resume writing, public speaking, and workplace communication before stepping into real-world professional environments

During the visit, March President Lou March shared the story of his journey building March Construction, from the company’s early beginnings to becoming one of the Northeast’s leading construction management firms. Lou spoke candidly about hard work, learning from challenges, and the importance of building strong relationships throughout your career.
The students also heard from several members of the March leadership team, including Senior Project Manager Gabe Miani, Safety Director Frank Brady, Chief Operating Officer Tom Cavallero, Director of Business Development Bryan Murray, Vice President Todd Laubach, and Marketing Manager Briana Samman.
Each speaker shared insights into their unique career paths, lessons learned from mistakes, advice for personal and professional growth, and an inside look into the processes that help drive successful projects at March.
What stood out most throughout the day was the energy and enthusiasm from the All Stars students. Bright-eyed and eager to learn, they listened intently, took notes, asked thoughtful questions, and showed genuine excitement about beginning their professional journeys.
We are grateful to the All Stars team for visiting and look forward to continuing to support programs that empower the next generation of leaders.
