Plaza Greene is a mixed-use development at the corner of Fair Lawn Avenue and Plaza Road, directly adjacent to the Radburn Train Station in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Developed by Danbro Properties and Sterling Properties, designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, and built by March Construction as general contractor and construction manager, the project broke ground on June 11, 2026 on a site formerly home to an outdated L-shaped strip mall. With demolition complete, the property is being reimagined as a community-focused destination bringing age restricted housing, retail, and public improvements to one of Fair Lawn’s most visible corridors.

When complete, Plaza Greene will deliver 145 age-restricted apartments for residents 55 and older, affordable housing including units designated for individuals with developmental disabilities, secure underground parking, and a ground-floor Sprouts Farmers Market, the brand’s first location in Bergen County. The project also strengthens pedestrian connections between the Radburn Train Station and downtown Fair Lawn, reinforcing the surrounding Special Improvement District and supporting the borough’s long-term goals around transit-oriented design, intergenerational housing, and downtown revitalization.
