The construction consisted of precast panels and structural steel, cultured stone, metal vertical siding, aluminum and glass for the exterior of the building to resemble a New England barn. The building fit-out had extensive decorative nishes with polished concrete sales oor and reclaimed barn siding used throughout and a timber frame scaling area for in-store dining.
