Position Summary:
Assistant Project Manager
March Associates Construction a National Top 400 ENR General Contractor is seeking an enthusiastic, extremely self motivated team player. Assistant Project Management experience primarily in ; mixed-use, industrial, warehouse, mid-rise, high-rise, residential. The candidate must be proficient or willing to learn all aspects of procore, microsoft, schedule building, timelines, forecasting, organization, safety, leading job meeting, owner meetings, highly organized, well versed in written and verbal communication and OSHA 30 certified.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing and oversee completion of project
- Assist in developing a plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Help Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Help Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in construction management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
Position Summary:
Construction Project Manager

The candidate must be proficient in all aspects of procore, microsoft, schedule building, timelines, forecasting, organization, safety, leading job meeting, owner meetings, highly organized, well versed in written and verbal communication and OSHA 30 certified. This individual must have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. This position can require travel through out the, NJ, NY,PA region.

Position Summary:
Construction Superintendent
The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in construction area Strong project management and communications skills
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
