March has been making progress on building Courthouse Square–the new community redevelopment project by Cust Investments.

That’s why this 443,291 square foot project isn’t just about expansion—it’s about breathing life back into an iconic town center and preserving the most amount possible from this old building.
What’s New with the Old?
Hotel Rooms: We’re adding more, ensuring guests have a mix of old-world charm with modern amenities.
Residential Units: 206 contemporary units will be built, seamlessly blending with the historical backdrop.
Retail & Dining: Thoughtfully planned spaces for residents and visitors alike to enjoy.
Parking: Will ensure convenience without detracting from the aesthetic.
While we’re keen on these new additions, retaining the design essence of the original Union Hotel stands paramount in the approach of historic building preservation.
Beyond the Hotel
Adjacent properties aren’t being left behind. The Potting Shed will soon don a new avatar as a steakhouse, and the spaces at Flemington Furs and 82 Main Street are being reimagined. Think parking, an inviting open courtyard, and retail offerings that respect the architectural legacy.
