Developed by Nicholas Wong, a proud 18-year resident of Union, the Titan Union stands as a testament to innovative design and community spirit.
“Titan Union is more than just a building; it’s a vision realized,” Wong remarked. “We’ve transformed a historic site into a modern living space that captures the essence of Union’s charm and history.”
Key partners, including Titan Engineers PC, Michels & Waldron Associates, LLC for architectural design, and Bohler Engineering for ensuring compliance and longevity, were instrumental in bringing this project to life.
Procida Funding’s financial expertise and March Construction’s management were also pivotal in the success of this endeavor.

A Peek into Titan Union’s Unique Features
The Titan Union sets a new standard for luxury living with its 43 exquisite apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units with a den.
Each space boasts island kitchens with quartz countertops, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers.
