March is working with Titan Engineers to turn the old Union Center National Bank into an incredible new landmark, the Titan Union.
Titan Union will serve multiple purposes: residential, office, and event space.
The old bank vault is being converted into a bar. Just across from the bar will be a modern event space with a private balcony, showcasing an artistic display of moving lights.
One floor is dedicated to office space containing private offices around the perimeter.

Unique and Interesting Features for a New Residential Building
It’s the little things that make Titan Union unique, like the bank vault door featured in the bar, the dancing lights above the event space, and the touch-screen anti-fog mirrors in the residential units.
