Saddle River Day School (Saddle River, NJ): The school recently cut the ribbon on its new 33,000 SF Dr. Kristen Walsh Hall of Science and Entrepreneurship, featuring 19 classrooms, four science labs, and three specialty learning spaces. Drilling Underway at Riverbend Block B2 in Harrison
Riverbend Block B2 (Harrison, NJ): Drilling is underway for Advance Realty Investors’ 701,149 SF development beside Harrison PATH Station. Designed by MHS Architecture, the building will feature sections ranging from seven to 11 stories, with 524 apartments and 12,100 SF of retail.
Framing Moves Ahead at Thorndal Circle in Darien
Thorndal Circle (Darien, CT): Framing is rising on two main buildings while sitework and foundation work continue on additional buildings. High Street Residential’s 175-unit community spans five buildings across 11 acres just south of downtown Darien.
ECCO’s Next Phases Take Shape in Elizabeth
ECCO Apartments (Elizabeth, NJ): Timber framing is progressing across Phases 2 and 3 of MAS Development and LeCesse Development’s 258-unit community. Part of the broader Vintage City development, ECCO features four stories of apartments over structured parking, with ground-floor retail and an indoor pool.
Walls Rise at Plaza Greene in Fair Lawn
Plaza Greene (Fair Lawn, NJ): Walls are going up as sitework continues at Danbro Properties and Sterling Properties’ mixed-use development. The community will bring 145 age-restricted apartments, secure underground parking, and a ground-floor Sprouts Farmers Market beside Radburn Train Station.
Montgomery Promenade Nears Completion
Montgomery Promenade (Montgomery Township, NJ): SJC Ventures’ 292,700 SF shopping and entertainment center on Route 206 is nearing completion. Anchored by Whole Foods, the broader development includes retail and dining, a one-acre outdoor community gathering space, and 34 single-family homes.
