The Enclave is a new residential development coming to Raritan, NJ. It will be connected by a bridge to a local HealthQuest fitness center for resident easy access. The project will be 257,000 SF with 200 units and a 110,000 SF of parking garage. This project is under development by Emerald Sky/CUST Investments, LLC slated for February 2023 completion.
