NYC Production Studio and Warehouse Tops Out, 23-30 Borden Avenue

23-30 Borden Ave will be developed into a 217 foot high and 900,000-square-foot production studio and last-mile distribution center in Long Island City, Queens. Progress at Lighthouse Point Residential!

March is taking over phase 1 of this project from a previous contractor to finish the whole job from where they left off. The Residences at Lighthouse Point is a transit-oriented, residential, retail, and office destination with direct connections to the Staten Island Ferry. Phase 1 consists of a 65,000 SF building on the corner of Bay Street and Borough Place to be programmed with retail, fresh food restaurants and entertainment space.

The Crossings at Brick Church Station: Progress on Concrete!

Brick Church Station is a two-building development that is expected to replace the longstanding Brick Church Plaza complex in East Orange. The complex is slated to include a total of 820 residential units and first-floor commercial space. One of the buildings on the premises will be nine stories tall while the other will rise five stories over the neighborhood. A seven-story parking garage is also planned. This project is being developed by Triangle Equities and Incline Capital with March as the construction manager.

The Ballantine is a new apartment complex coming to 74-82 Freeman Street and 428-444 Ferry Street. The development will be six stories with 280, 1-3 bedroom residential units, 125 basement parking spaces, 2,652 SF of retail space, a fitness center, and rooftop courtyard.

Planet Fitness opened in December 2022. Cubesmart self-storage is open. Hedges at Hawthorne apartments will see a grand opening some time in Early 2023. This project is both developed and built by March Construction.

Riverbend Apartments, Coming Soon to Harrison, NJ!

See December 2022 drone footage of Riverbend District, a multi-phase, transit-oriented urban community being developed by Advance Realty Investors. March is the construction manager for Block D, which will encompass 389 residential units and 557,135 square feet of mixed-use when complete. Riverbend is adjacent to the Harrison PATH Station, providing transportation to Newark and Manhattan and nearby NJ Transit and Amtrak stations.
